Is my insurance acceptable?

We accept major PPOs and HMOs, along with Medicare and Medicaid. For more information, please contact our office. Our team is happy to answer you questions.

How can I pay my bill?
​
We accept payments by cash and major credit cards, but do not accept personal checks. We understand the financial challenges of healthcare and are willing to work with our patients in crafting installment-based payment plans.

What if I have health problems after hours?
​
If you have emergency then you are required to call 911 and seek medical help at nearest medical center. For problem of non urgent nature we have 24/7 answering service through which you can reach our doctors after hours.​

What if I need help on bill payments and co-payments?

Please contact our billing services department at 630-405-5500 from Monday through Friday (9am - 5pm) and someone will assist with any questions you may have. Our fax number is 630-378-1773. ​
